Baby makes THREE!!

So the news has been out for a while but I haven't blogged in a while so this is the big blog announcement.

 

Baby Baugher is due April 14th, 2013!!

We are so excited and have been so blessed with this baby!

Brian and I are so looking forward to this new journey as parents!

I have been so bad about blogging and the whole reason I started this was so that when we did get pregnant we could keep our family informed.
I am going to start doing weekly updates so that everyone can see this baby getting bigger and also keep up with all of the changes going on!

I will put up the first weekly update tomorrow at 15 weeks!!!

Starting to feel like SUMMER!!

The weather has been beautiful here the last few days...
We have been enjoying it by grilling out and being lazy in the back yard.

Planting new flowers in flower pots (which hopefully will live to see the summer this year).

And yesterday we put the canoe on eth Potomac and actually caught a couple really nice sized Small Mouth Bass.
Brian caught the biggest one but mine was pretty nice!!!

We are looking forward to my mom coming up this weekend!! I am hoping she can teach me how to use my sewing machine and we are also going to go see The Lucky One.
I am so excited to see the newest Nicholas Sparks masterpiece!
Friday sure can't come soon enough!!

Catching up!!!

Ok...so I have been terrible at posting on here but we have just been so busy it seems!!
Things with my job have been getting really busy and I recently got promoted..YAY!!! I am hopefully going to be full time in my new position by May 15th at the very latest...this also means I get my own office!! I am super excited.
Brian's job has been keeping him very busy too...he has had a few shows on the weekends and has been working some long hours getting some really neat things finished for clients.
Easter here was relaxing...it was the first time I haven't been in Charlotte for Easter so I was a little down. But, we gave Emma a webcam for her birthday so I was able to Skype with everyone and that was alot of fun!!
We also bought a new car!!! Yay! Brian really is very understanding of me sometimes...we ended up going to probably 4 different dealerships before we found something that would work for our price range and also size car that we wanted!
I know he was very tired of me by the time we walked out with the keys to this...

So needless to say I have been one happy girl lately!!

There really isn't anything else new...I'm going to start making this a priority and will start updating more often!!

Long lost friends!

Well it has been a long time...our schedule has seemed to be very crazy lately!
I have taken on a job outside of my 9-5 job as one of the loan officers assistants. I am really enjoying earning more about the mortgage business and getting to do some different things. Brian started his season of shows last weekend. This one was here in Frederick so I was able to spend the weekend there as well...Daisy even got to go on Sunday! She thought everyone was there to see her!
I am going to start doing better keeping up! We now have a computer at the house so I will have more time to update! We are also now able to skype!!! We were able to Skype with Chris and Carly last weekend and we are looking forward to much more of it! We will be able to see out little nephew once he is born plus we are going to get Emma all set up so we will be able to Skype with her too!

UPDATE....

So I am long overdue again but things have been pretty crazy around the Baugher household!
I have to back up all the way to Thanksgiving which is NUTS since it is almost CHRISTMAS!!!
Thanksgiving we did at our house this year, we had my in laws and Brian's aunt, uncle and cousin over. It was very nice and pretty simple. I of course forgot to take pictures so there really isn't anything fun to talk about there, so moving on...!
The day after Thanksgiving I put our tree up...this will be the last year for our "White" tree because it has mysteriously turned YELLOW! It looks white with the lights on but I think next year we will be doing something different...I'm thinking a REAL tree :) !

The first week in December I babysat a friend/co workers kids! Yes you read that correctly KIDS as in plural! She has a little boy and a little girl and I was responsible for them for 4 night and 6 days! All went well except the first night I did this...

OUCH!

I was also told by Carter who is 5 that his Mommy is a better mommy than me because she doesn't cut her finger when she is cutting up a pear! All I could do was laugh! I mean kids say the funniest things!

I was going solo except Brian met us at Chuck E Cheese on Friday night. We had a lot of fun!

All went well other than my poor finger and the kids made it out alive!
We have been busy doing our Christmas shopping which is all done and everything is wrapped and under the tree! I was very proud of us this year because last year we waited until the weekend before Christmas to do EVERYTHING!
Brian has been busy at work and working long days so we haven't gotten anything done during the week. We are celebrating Christmas with the Baugher's on Friday night then heading to Charlotte on Saturday morning to celebrate Christmas with the Parnell's.
We are looking forward to a relaxing holiday and we are also going to enjoy some good food! January starts our diet so I better eat the goods while I can!
Daisy has been mighty sweet and she is also excited to see what Santa leaves her on Christmas morning...doesn't she look thrilled? haha
